Tuna and Mango salad Recipe:

Ingredients:

200 g of fresh tuna
1 large ripe mango, cut into strips
1 avocado, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 large tomato, sliced or diced
Fresh arugula or spinach for the base
Juice from 1 lime
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for decoration (optional)

Instructions:

Fry the fresh tuna over medium heat in a frying pan with olive oil for 1-2 minutes on each side (depending on the preference for roasting meat). Add salt and pepper to taste. After roasting, cut the tuna into thin slices.

In a large bowl, combine arugula (or spinach), tuna slices, sliced mango, diced avocado, finely chopped onion and tomato.

In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly so that all the ingredients are evenly soaked.

Serve the salad on a plate, sprinkled with sesame seeds (optional) for decoration.
